Ciao a tutti,
dopo qualche mese sono riuscito a capire come si cambia il login sulla distro OpenSuSE.
Per chi è interessare seguire quanto segue:
Aprire il terminale
e digitare il comando:
cd /etc/sysconfig/
all'interno di essa con i privilegi di
root digitare:
nano displaymanager
e comparirà quanto segue (ovviamente qualcosa può variare dipendente dal sistema):

All'interno del file spostiamoci sulla variabile:
DISPLAYMANAGER="gdm"
e cambiamo a nostre preferenze quello che desideriamo:
Infatti come riporta la stringa:
# Here you can set the default Display manager (kdm/xdm/gdm/wdm/console).
cambiamo da
gdm a
kdm o
wdm etc...
IMPORTANTE: E' necessario scaricare con YaST tutti i pacchetti. Quindi se desideriamo visualizzare
kdm digiteremo su
cerca kdm.
